Working principle
When the square swinging screen is running, the motor drives the screen body to do horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional composite swinging motion through the transmission device. The swinging action of the screen body drives the material to disperse in a whirlpool on the screen surface and jump forward. Due to the combined action of its own gravity and the movement of the screen surface, the large particle material can not pass through the screen, and gradually move to the discharge port on the screen surface, and finally discharge from the large particle discharge port. The small particle material that meets the screen aperture requirements passes through the screen quickly and falls into the lower collection device under the high-frequency swinging impact of the screen surface.
