Working Principle
The 3D rotary vibrating screen, powered by a vertically mounted motor as the excitation source, has eccentric weights installed at both ends of the. It converts the motor's rotational motion into three-dimensional movements of horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions, and then transfers this movement to the screen surface, the material on the screen to move in an expanding involute path. Therefore, this series of vibrating screens is called a rotary vibrating screen.
In actual application, by adjusting the relative phase of the eccentric blocks at the upper and lower ends of the vibrating motor, the movement trajectory of the on the screen surface can be changed, thus achieving different screening operation objectives.
